Our amazing donors have now brought clean water to a second village! The two new wells in Toul Village have had a life changing impact for the villagers.

“I’m very delighted to have the well near my house since I’ve been carrying water for 3 years and sometimes I couldn't eat rice because we had no water at my house to cook”, says Sekit aged 10 of Toul Village.

“My mother and I used to to walk at night to get water, it is far from my house and we were afraid of animals. However, today I got water near my house, I took a bath 3 times a day and I am happy to cook and water my vegetables. I am not afraid of anything now. I stopped having to carry far water anymore. I don't know how to describe my feeling to supporters and this project. At the end, I would say I am so excited and thankful to all helpers.”

The villagers are very happy and thankful that the wells are producing enough water for the whole village, Sekit’s mother says, “I never expected that supporters would come and help my help my village since it’s so remote. I am thankful to all the supporters of the Well Directed project that been a such a big help for us and the water we need so importantly."
